BGD33 Terms and Conditions

01 Introduction

Welcome to BGD33. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and BGD33 ("bgd33", "we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the bgd33 website at bgd33.run, including all games, features, promotions, and services available on the platform.

By creating an account on bgd33, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bgd33 platform.

02 Eligibility

BGD33 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned, and any winnings will be forfeited. BGD33 takes its age verification obligations seriously and will not make exceptions.

03 Account Registration

To use bgd33, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and takes only a few minutes. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number linked to your payment wallet.

Each person is permitted to hold only one bgd33 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a breach of these Terms. BGD33 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

• You must provide your real name as it appears on your national ID or passport.
• Your registered mobile number must match the wallet you use for deposits and withdrawals.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential at all times.
• You must notify bgd33 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• BGD33 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any such request is fraudulent.

04 Deposits & Payments

BGD33 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). BGD33 does not currently accept deposits via international credit cards, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳10. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bgd33 may apply limits to individual accounts based on verification status.
• Deposits are credited to your bgd33 account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• All deposits must be made from a payment wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible, or held pending investigation.
• BGD33 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• BGD33 reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit before crediting funds to your account.

05 Withdrawals

BGD33 processes withdrawals to the same mobile wallet used for the player's most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals. Withdrawals to a different wallet or a third-party wallet are not permitted.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. In some cases, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• BGD33 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• BGD33 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Players may not withdraw funds that were deposited but never wagered. A minimum wagering requirement of 1x the deposit amount applies before withdrawal of deposit funds.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

BGD33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• BGD33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players may only claim each welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account is considered bonus abuse.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Check individual promotion pages for game contribution rates.
• BGD33 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of a technical error.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on bgd33 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by bgd33 or by any player. The RNG systems used on bgd33 are independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories.

Each game on bgd33 has its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. BGD33 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and the wager returned to the player's account.
• BGD33 reserves the right to void any bet placed after a technical error has affected the game outcome.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the game's information page. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• BGD33 does not offer any game where the outcome can be influenced by skill, strategy, or prior knowledge in a way that gives one player an unfair advantage over others.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bgd33. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on bgd33, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with bgd33 games or systems.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any bgd33 game or system for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using bgd33 for any money laundering activity or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the bgd33 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bgd33 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Claiming bonuses in a manner that constitutes abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

BGD33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Reasons for account action include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or a player's own request for self-exclusion.

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bgd33 will notify the player by email or live chat within 48 hours.
• Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
• Where an account is closed at the player's own request (and no breach has occurred), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered wallet within 5 business days.
• Players who have been permanently excluded from bgd33 must not attempt to re-register. Any account created by a self-excluded player will be closed and the balance forfeited.

If you believe your account has been suspended in error, contact bgd33 support at [email protected] with your account details and a description of the issue. BGD33 will review all suspension appeals within 72 hours.

10 Responsible Gaming

BGD33 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and take effect immediately upon request.

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from bgd33 for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from bgd33. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed.

12 Limitation of Liability

• BGD33 is not liable for any loss of winnings, data, or opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond bgd33's reasonable control.
• BGD33 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand game rules or bonus terms.
• BGD33's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
